Location: London
Employment Type: Full-time 35 hours per week - 4 days work from home & 1 day in office
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Abuse Service Manager to lead and develop a high-quality, proactive service for domestic abuse survivors and their children, especially those at high risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery: Ensure consistent services, risk assessments, safety planning, and referrals for survivors, prioritising those at highest risk.
Team Leadership: Lead recruitment, induction, and retention of your direct reports.
Staff Support and Supervision: Provide day-to-day support, case reviews, and performance monitoring for your team.
Safeguarding: Implement policies for child and vulnerable adult protection and local safeguarding procedures.
Community Engagement: Develop relationships and referral pathways with local organisations.
Partnership Agreements: Ensure service compliance with local agreements and protocols, being accountable to partners.
Multi-Agency Work: Make the IDVA role central to multi-agency domestic abuse responses, managing a high-risk caseload.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate case records and contribute to monitoring and evaluation systems.
Data Protection and Compliance: Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and relevant legislation.
Representation: Attend multi-agency meetings and events, delivering training and presentations as required.
