Are you dedicated to making a difference in the lives of LGBT individuals who have faced abuse? Here's your opportunity to join a prominent UK charity with a strong commitment to supporting LGBT victims and survivors.
We're on the frontlines, working directly with thousands of individuals who have experienced various forms of abuse, including domestic abuse, sexual violence, and hate crimes. Our service, entirely run by LGBT individuals for the community, places their needs at the core of our mission.
About the Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate Role:
As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA), you will play a crucial role in providing support to LGBT survivors of abuse. Your work involves empowering them to make decisions about their safety and recovery. You'll engage with clients to help them plan their next steps, access the necessary services, and ensure their overall well-being. This role is based in London but offers the flexibility of a hybrid working option.
By joining us, you'll become an integral part of a dedicated team that is working to create a safer and more supportive future for the LGBT community. Your contributions will make a tangible and positive impact on the lives of those who need it most. If you're passionate about this cause and want to be a part of a dynamic organisation, we encourage you to apply and be part of this transformative journey.
