    Data Scientist

    £31K - £36K Per Annum

    24 Month FTC

    Nationwide - Remote or Hybrid working offered

    A prominent national charity dedicated is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join the growing Data and Analytics team. This role is part of their ambitious strategy to become a leading data-driven organisation through the power of analytics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deploy data science models, with an initial focus on propensity modelling for cross-sell opportunities
    • Work with stakeholders across the organisation to identify impactful data science opportunities
    • Ensure deployed models can be measured for impact and iteratively improved

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Strong understanding of core data science and machine learning techniques
    • Experience developing real-world machine learning models
    • Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML libraries, and data visualization
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) for collaborative projects
    • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organisation
