Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Officer:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Profile and Campaigns to create detailed integrated plans for profile-raising and campaign strategies.
  • Manage daily profile-raising and campaign activities, ensuring they meet success measures.
  • Utilise analytics to optimise the performance of campaigns and engage external agencies effectively.
  • Create and deliver content across multiple channels, including the website, social media, and print materials.
  • Develop strategies for ongoing member engagement in campaigns.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusion by design across the organisation.

Person Specification:

  • Degree level education, ideally with a qualification in marketing, communications, or PR.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies and enthusiasm for new ways of working.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
