Morgan Hunt is currently working with a regulatory body in search of a permanent Stakeholder Engagement Lead.
The role offers hybrid working from either their Birmingham or London office and a salary of up to £50,000 p/a.
The position play a key role in building a programme of engagement and advising Senior Leadership Team on their stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities of the new Stakeholder Engagement Lead:
Set up and maintain engagement platforms to establish regular two-way dialogue and exchange of information with a range of new stakeholders.
Advise the organisations Major Projects Senior Leadership Team on their stakeholder engagement and build a programme of engagement including speaking events, thought leadership and visits.
Support the planning and delivery of high-profile events, alongside the engagement team.
Produce consistently high-quality briefing materials and presentations for external and internal use to support engagement activity.
Produce measurement and evaluation reports to report on delivery against the communications and engagement strategy to the Board.
Develop and maintain high quality records of interactions with stakeholders, ensuring summaries of contact are provided to support future engagement planning.
Establish and oversee a comprehensive stakeholder monitoring and insight function to support future engagement and strategic planning, and to build internal knowledge of stakeholder sentiment.
Previous experience of the Stakeholder Engagement Lead:
Experience in developing and delivering best practice stakeholder engagement programmes to support corporate priorities.
Experience of gathering and sharing insight to inform strategic engagement planning.
The ability to set direction and coordinate with others internally to deliver stakeholder engagement programmes at pace.
Experience in building strong relationships with external stakeholders and using them to deliver organisational outcomes.
Experience in measurement and evaluation; setting objectives and using learnings to adapt stakeholder engagement approaches.
Experience in championing new ideas and innovation to improve outcomes.
