Homeless Street Outreach Worker

We're proud to be at the forefront of the fight against homelessness, leading the way with unwavering dedication. As a Homeless Street Outreach Worker, you will be on the frontline, making real change happen on the streets of central and west London.
You will engage with our city's street homeless population. Your mission: Connect, advise, and transform their lives! Provide expert case management, offer advice on the life-changing services available, and link clients with the specialised agencies they need to regain their independence.
Are you a compassionate champion of change? We're looking for individuals with:
- Experience in conducting homelessness assessments
- In-depth knowledge of local services to refer clients to
- Previous experience in street outreach work with homeless clients (desirable but not essential)
- A recent enhanced DBS check issued within the last 12 months, or registered with the online update service
- The ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and late nights
