Job Title: Homeless Support Worker
Location: Pan London
Job Type: Temporary - Possibility Of Extension
Hourly Pay: £12.50-£15.50
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Homeless Support Worker to join one of our clients who specialise in assisting vulnerable homeless people. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness. Your responsibilities will include general support work in a hostel setting, offering assistance and guidance to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to residents in a hostel environment.
- Assist individuals in accessing essential services.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to residents.
- Promote a safe and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the well-being of residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar support role.
- Compassion, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
