Are you an exceptional Lead Pharmacist – Community Hospitals and Community Nursing.

As the Lead Pharmacist you will be responsible for leading the pharmaceutical and medicines management services to the Community Hospitals and Community Nursing in East Kent. You will be responsible for delivering, managing and developing Community Hospitals and Community Nursing medicines management services in KCHFT supporting local and corporate strategies.

Main duties of the job

You will lead on the provision of highly specialist pharmaceutical and 
medicines management services in order to achieve high quality, cost effective and evidence-based prescribing thereby promoting the safe, effective and efficient use of medicines within the organisation through the implementation of medicines optimisation strategies.

You will provide specialist pharmacy support which will include high quality, cost effective, evidence based prescribing and use of pharmaceuticals to the teams in the East of Kent.

You will give managerial leadership for the services within their areas of responsibility, according to medicines optimisation guidance in order to achieve high quality, cost effective, safe and evidence-based prescribing and use of pharmaceuticals

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us as an Assistant Director of Estates and Capital Projects.

    Reporting to the Director of Estates and Facilities you will have responsibility for the Estates Operations and Asset Management functions across Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. You will act as 
    senior leader and line manager for the Estates and Facilities Department, having overall responsibility for property, estates, construction and maintenance. 

    KCHFT operate from a vast number of sites across Kent, parts of East Sussex and London. The Estates & Facilities department aims to deliver a quality service across a range of duties.

    Main duties of the job

    The successful post holder will be responsible for the planning and delivery of estate and capital schemes to ensure the delivery of high quality health care, value for money and efficiency in use of resources.

    You will act as a senior leader and line manager for the Estates and Facilities Department, having overall responsibility for property, estates, construction, maintenance.

    In addition, you will provide update reports to the Director of Estates and Facilities on key Estate initiatives and you will resolve highly complex and sensitive issues which may conflict with the aims of the Estates Strategy and overall Trust aims and objectives.

    Restore Practitioners are our key frontline residential staff at Oasis Restore, the first Secure Academy Trust in England to educate children in custody. Restore Practitioners will work in teams based in each of the 12 residential flats at Oasis Restore, taking primary responsibility for the children living in this flat and working within an inter-disciplinary team around each child.
