Position: Progression Coach (Support Worker)

Location: Sutton,

Pay: £13.00 - £17.00 per hour

Assignment: 1-2 months with a possible extension

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our social care client team's service in Sutton. They provide support and guidance to young individuals aged 16-24 who are transitioning from the care system or facing homelessness. The service supports clients with low-medium support needs in a supported accommodation service aimed at helping them regain their footing and achieve their full potential and independence.

Key Details:

• Shift Days/Hours: You will be working on a flexible rota from Monday to Sunday, covering various shifts including 8AM - 4PM, 9AM - 5PM, and 12PM - 8PM.
• Duration: This is a temporary position, spanning 1-2 months, making it a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a significant impact on the lives of young people during a transitional period.
• Caseload: You'll be responsible for supporting and guiding a caseload of 6 clients, working closely with them to address their individual needs and aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide housing management support to ensure a safe and stable living environment for our clients.
• Offer guidance and signposting to help clients access employment, education, and training opportunities.
• Address health and well-being concerns by connecting clients with necessary services and resources.
