Data Management Lead

Permanent role, paying between £50,000 and £60,000. Hybrid working in their offices based in London.

We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to develop and implement the Building Safety Data Framework. Core responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with teams to map and improve our building safety data management
  • Leading projects to transform plans into deliverables
  • Rolling out Data Governance and Data Quality policies and insurance.
  • Documenting data governance policies, procedures, and responsibilities
  • Developing asset registers and ensuring high quality data
  • Creating a data quality dashboard to monitor risks and performance
  • Conducting regular data quality checks and improvements
  • Driving continuous enhancements in building safety data strategies
  • Promoting data governance through communication and learning plans

Required skills and experience:

  • Significant data governance experience
  • Process analysis and complex project management background
  • Stakeholder management abilities
  • Data quality assurance and auditing knowledge
  • Understanding of risk management
  • Building safety and asset compliance familiarity
  • Ability to define reporting requirements
  • Regulated industry experience
  • Experience with Asset Data, or working in an organisation that owns a number of properties would be desirable.

  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Driven improvement and change in Data Governance
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization proficiency
  • Strategic thinking and data strategy development
  • Numerical and analytical aptitude
