With the ever increasing work load of Housing Options, Homelessness Prevention and Assessments there is certainly an increase in need for support. The client's are predominantly operating a Generic approach, so you will be at the forefront of addressing a combination of challenges. Time management is vital, you will work tirelessly to help individuals and families with the initial parts of there homelessness queries and applications whilst seeing things through to conclusion.

What You'll Do:

1️⃣ Conduct Assessments: Act as the initial point of contact managing first stages of Homelessness. Where required, speak and arrange for individuals and families to be met to assess their immediate needs, understand their circumstances, and determine the most appropriate support interventions.

2️⃣ Provide Expert Guidance: Ability to conclude cases, deliver Section 184 decision letters and ideally use your extensive knowledge to guide individuals towards accessing housing options, social services, healthcare, employment assistance, and educational opportunities.

3️⃣ Collaborate with Stakeholders: Building strong partnerships internally with staff to direct queries in the right direction. Be it with local authorities, housing associations, healthcare providers, and other community organisations it will be crucial to ensure a holistic approach to addressing homelessness.

4️⃣ Empower and Support: Your unwavering dedication will empower individuals to regain their independence, overcome barriers, and rebuild their lives. You'll be the beacon of hope they need!
