HR Advisor, 6 month FTC - Care Charity - South Region (Remote working)- c£35,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Advisor to join a unique Care charity with 8 homes across the South.
- Working closely with the HR Business Partners you will be responsible for:-
- Supporting with recruitment across their homes to ensure candidates receive a positive experience
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations queries
- Assisting with absence management including OH referrals
- Managing the apprenticeship process
- Supporting the HR team on specific projects
- Collating HR data and assisting with analysis
You should be an experienced HR Advisor or an HR Generalist with a good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience of managing recruitment campaigns and providing initial HR advice and guidance is essential. This is a remote role however you will be required to travel to their homes when necessary so a driving licence is essential.
