Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a HR Business Partner focusing on Policies for a London based, Trade Union/Membership body. This is a fixed term contract until the end of December, paying from £52,000 - £58,000 working on a hybrid basis. The HR Business Partner will look at projects and policies working both from home and in the office.
As a HR Business Partner for policies, you will deliver innovative, best practice people policy and project work to support the strategic aims, objectives, and operational plans. You will develop tools, templates, and training to support managers and staff to use and engage with people policies and initiatives. With a good understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion, you will ensure the policies are legally compliant and inclusive.

If you are a senior HR professional with experience in both policy creation and updating as well as a good working knowledge of employment law then please apply ASAP for more information! This role has a very quick turnaround but is looking to appoint to the position for a start date in September. Public Sector (Trade union/membership/charity preffered) would be advantageous!
