Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Housing Officer on a temporary basis. The role will initially be for 1-2 months but will likely be extended. You will have your own defined patch and would require a car to get to and from the patch. Hybrid working will be offered after receiving all training required, so would initially be office based.
The role will involve working on:
- arrears
- anti-social behaviour
- voids
- estate management
Experience in housing management is essential. The client is looking for someone to start ASAP.
