Morgan Hunt is delighted to be supporting a well known Public Sector organisation recruit a Procurement Officer. The company is based in Edinburgh and operate a hybrid working model.
The role:
- Managing and developing contracts for goods, works & services
- Drafting project documentation
- Updating communication on various contract management websites
- Coordinating various procurement activities such as organising meetings and preparing documents
- Research information to support procurement process in relation to contract award/management
- Provide assistance to wider Procurement team
Requirements:
- Public sector procurement/contract management experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in editing and producing documentation
- Competent in MS Office packages
