Job description
Morgan Hunt are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager for a 6-month contract who can bring expertise in delivering a Health and Safety program, ensuring compliance with current and upcoming legislation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: includes but not limited to...
- Technical Competence: Bring your on-site technical competence to deliver our Health and Safety program effectively.
- Legislation Oversight: Stay informed about evolving Health and Safety legislation, and ensure our practices remain up-to-date and compliant.
- Continuous Improvement: Work proactively with managers and employees to establish and nurture a culture of continuous improvement in Health and Safety.
- Compliance Management: Ensures full compliance of the company's ISO Management Systems
- Safety Management Systems: Managing H&S system.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree or relevant certification in Health and Safety Management.
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager or similar role.
- Experience working for a large venue in this capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
