Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a passion for high-end hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, extensive experience in hospitality design, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for high-end hospitality projects, including hotels, restaurants, and bars.
• Develop innovative design concepts that align with client visions and project requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing creative direction and technical support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of successfully completed hospitality projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and luxurious design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
