Do you have ICT Category procurement experience? Do you want to be part of an exciting project where you can lead and develop a team?
My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ICT procurement professional to lead a major ICT project. This role comes with a public sector pension, generous holiday entitlement, hybrid working (2 days per week) and a real opportunity for career development.
The role:
- Leading an ICT project with an end to end strategic procurement process
- Procuring ICT products and services via available frameworks
- Managing a newly formed procurement team
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the project within timescales
- Attending meetings to report on progress
The ideal candidate:
- Public Sector procurement experience - essential
- ICT Category experience - essential
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload
