£58500 - £68000 per annum

Do you have ICT Category procurement experience? Do you want to be part of an exciting project where you can lead and develop a team?

My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ICT procurement professional to lead a major ICT project. This role comes with a public sector pension, generous holiday entitlement, hybrid working (2 days per week) and a real opportunity for career development.

The role:

  • Leading an ICT project with an end to end strategic procurement process
  • Procuring ICT products and services via available frameworks
  • Managing a newly formed procurement team
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the project within timescales
  • Attending meetings to report on progress

The ideal candidate:

  • Public Sector procurement experience - essential
  • ICT Category experience - essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise a busy workload
