They provide a full range of architectural services including interior design; space planning; feasibility; master planning; expert witness and project management.

Job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in various projects, working closely with architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, interior designers, and 3D visualisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Utilise CAD software and 3D visualisation tools to create accurate and detailed project renderings.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to oversee the implementation of designs.
• Contribute to project management tasks, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D visualisation tools.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
