Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be a key member of the project team assisting to deliver all operational activities through to development completion. You will have the opportunity to use your technical, project and people management skills to provide accurate programme information. A clear emphasis will be placed on health & safety; cost management against budget; customer satisfaction; quality and direct employee/subcontractor management & development.

Skills & Experience

You will come from a joinery background who wants to take the next step in their career up to Site Management. This opportunity comes with the potential to obtain academic accreditation supported by the employer. You will be able to evidence your ability with your trade and be a good communicator. Some experience managing multi-trades would be an advantage though not essential. You will have a valid CSCS card.
