Senior Architect (Healthcare)

We are looking for an Architect who specialises in Health care projects. Our client is based in Glasgow but also has an office in London with plans to open a third office by the start of 2025. Our client specialises in Health care, Science & Tech, and Higher Education. They are often regarded as the leaders in their field, and have an enviable reputation dating back over 100 years.

Role
- As a Senior Architect, you will run your own Health care projects across Scotland and England.
- You will manage your own small team of 2-3 staff.
- You will directly report to a Director within the business.
- Work as part of a team to deliver projects across the UK.
- Travel to projects in England will be required.
- You will work across all stages of the RIBA plan of works.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years post qualified experience
- A good understanding of both Scottish and English building regulations
- Previous experience on health care projects is essential
- Be able to run a project and manage a team of 2-3 staff
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience working to BIM Level 2
