Customer Service Officers - Leicester - Housing Sector
We are working with one of the most successful, established and largest housing associations in the UK, with several full time, permanent opportunities to join the call centre team based in Leicester city centre offices. We are looking for customer focused individuals who can build rapport and trust over the phone to assist with rent collections and provide general advice.
Backgrounds that have proven successful with the existing team are: Retail, Hospitality, Banking, Call Centre and this is a fantastic opportunity to move into the busy housing sector. Full training will be provided, so if you are open to transferring into a new sector feel free to apply. On offer is a competitive salary of over £24,300 rising to £26,800 with 28 days Holiday, plus Bank Holidays, a generous pension scheme and additional benefits. This is an office-based role, working as part of a large team to proactively assist customers through difficult times.
