Recruitment and Onboarding Adviser - Birmingham
We have an exciting Interim opportunity available for a Recruitment and Onboarding Adviser to join a Regulatory Body based in Birmingham. This is a 6-9month contract, to start immediately, salary £27,000 FTE. Hybrid working 1 day a week in the office.
The Role Recruitment and Onboarding Adviser
- Support the Talent Team in delivering an exceptional Recruitment and Onboarding experience.
- Provide excellent support and advice to stakeholders on the recruitment and onboarding process
- Ensure a fantastic candidate journey throughout the process.
- Conducting pre-employment checks for new starters (which include right to work checks, DBS checks and employment history verifications)
- Maintaining accurate records and data on new starters and the pre-employment checks
- Effectively using the ATS system to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience of building relationships quickly with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong IT skills
