Job description
Role: Administrator
Job Type: Temporary
Pay rate: upto £15/hr including holiday pay
Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday
Starting From: August
Location: Carlisle College
Duties
- Manage the intake and processing of enrollment applications, ensuring all required documents and information are complete and accurate.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date enrollment records using college-specific enrollment management systems or databases.
- Generate enrollment reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and planning.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate organisational, team, written, verbal and multitasking skills.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.
