Are you passionate about transforming education and driving quality improvement? We're excited to announce our partnership with a fantastic Further Education college based in the vibrant North West region, as we support their search for a dedicated and visionary Head of Quality Improvement.
This is a rare opportunity to lead, innovate, and inspire! As the Head of Quality Improvement, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating educational standards and creating an environment that fosters academic success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Quality Improvement Strategy across the College, including the annual quality improvement cycle and all processes that underpin it. Work with managers of student facing departments to embed quality improvement processes.
Oversee the assessment and standardisation processes across the curriculum, ensuring consistency and high standards
Proactively liaise with the MIS department to make effective use of data from Pro Solutions throughout the curriculum, for the continued improvement of the student experience, progress and outcomes.
Produce and use data reports on a range of measures to monitor progress, including student attendance, achievement rates, etc.
Working with the Curriculum Managers & Pastoral Leads to ensure the effective progress of students, including Progress Reviews, Individual Learning Plans and other key processes.
