The client are looking for a visionary and strategic Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their institution.

Position Overview: As the MIS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management and information systems at the college. You will lead a dedicated team, drive data-driven decision-making processes, and ensure that our MIS infrastructure aligns with our strategic goals and the ever-evolving educational landscape.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive MIS and data systems strategy that enhances efficiency and supports informed decision-making.
• Manage and lead a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data collected and managed by the college.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in educational programs, student outcomes, and administrative processes.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data systems, reporting tools, and dashboards to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in MIS and data systems to drive innovation.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors related to data systems and services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIS Management roles within the education sector.
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in data management software and systems.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
• Strong Knowledge and understanding of ESFA funding regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
