Call Centre Operative (Inbound) Housing Association - Sale and Trafford area, Manchester
Fantastic opportunity to work in a call centre operation making a genuine difference to people's lives. Generous pay for working unsocial hours with 20% uplift for Monday-Friday and 50% uplift for Saturday and Sunday working. Minimum earnings £25,000 with OTE higher, around £28,000 average.
We are working with a people and customer focused Housing Association in the Sale and Trafford area of Manchester. This is an opportunity to join the call centre team and be the face of the organisation and first point of contact for repairs and emergencies. We are looking for a compassionate person who can calmly handle a range of situations, taking the initial phone calls for repairs and emergencies and following procedures to prioritise accordingly.
This Housing Association regularly features as an employer of choice, with recent staff surveys demonstrating this is a positive place to work. As part of a larger group there is excellent job security and the potential to progress and move into other areas of the business.
Finally, a full UK Driving Licence is required, as a company vehicle will be provided and successful candidates will require an Enhanced DBS Check application if successful after interview.
