Reward Manager
We are recruiting for a Part Time Reward Manager on a 12 months fixed term contract to join a friendly, and professional People team working for a National Health and Social Care Charity.
Working as part of the HR Transformation and Systems workstream you will lead a review of the Companies approach to pay and reward, identify, and implement robust processes and make recommendations for the future.
Role
Reporting to the Senior People Partner, the Reward Manager role will play a critical role in reviewing the current approach to pay and reward and looking at the way in which processes can be improved and become more robust.
