Job Description

Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Facilities Provider based in Bristol, in their search for Cleaners.

As a cleaner, you will help in carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks and provide a high standard of service. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas are kept clean and sanitary, as well as reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to the appropriate persons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of service to the site and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Ensure the development and its buildings and common areas are professionally cleaned, well presented and maintained.
  • Daily tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and vacuuming of communal areas.
  • If required, disposal of rubbish in the designated rubbish collection area.
  • Ensure that all health and safety risks are identified and report any accidents, trips, spills, hazards or near misses as per the site procedures, to the development manager or assistant development manager.
  • Front entrances, communal stairways, corridors and passageways kept clean at all times.

Personal Specification

  • Previous experience in cleaning
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Able to travel and work unsocial hours
  • No facial hair, piercings or jewellery

    About the role:

     

    Your role will involve assessing and supporting students in their workplace to ensure they meet or exceed targets to enable them to achieve their qualifications. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally.

     

    You will be required to work 37 hours per week on a permanent basis and must be qualified to NVQ 3 as a plumbing and heating engineer with 5 years industry experience. This role requires travel to the workplace of our students and as such you must have access to your won vehicle and hold a driving licence.

  • Hard FM Maintenance Officer

    Morgan Hunt currently require a Hard FM Maintenance Officer for NHS based in Bristol.

    Pay Rate: £20ph PAYE or 24ph Ltd.

    Hours: 37.5 Hours 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri

    Location: Bristol

    Duration: 3 months on going contract

    Duties

    Hard FM Maintenance Officers - Management of contractors undertaking maintenance and repair of Trust assets. Meet with contractors on-site and agree a programme of works. Measure progress made on servicing and repairs and report to Hard FM maintenance manager.

    Suitable candidates ideally should have following background for the role - Hard FM Experience (E), contractor management (E), understanding of fire compliance (D), communication with various stakeholders (E).
