Business Analyst- GDS/ Salesforce

Job description

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading UK government agency to recruit a contract Business Analyst.

Experience in Business Analysis within the Software Development Lifecycle:
You bring extensive experience in guiding products through the discovery, alpha, and beta phases into live operations, with a strong focus on user-centric design, iterative development, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality digital services.

Key Criteria:

• Business Analysis:
  You possess a proven track record of investigating problems and analyzing options for both new and existing digital services. Your expertise includes gathering and analyzing information to formulate actionable recommendations for service enhancements.

• User Focus:
  You have a deep understanding of user needs and desires, gained through collaboration with user researchers. You actively champion user research, ensuring that all decisions are centered around user experience.

• Business Modelling:
  Your experience includes modeling complex scenarios across multiple business functions or programs, enabling you to address advanced challenges effectively.

• Business Improvement Process:
  You excel in analyzing current services and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  You are adept at influencing stakeholders at the highest levels and managing relationships to achieve desired outcomes.

• Agile Environment Experience:
  You are well-versed in Agile methodologies, capable of identifying and applying the most effective processes or delivery methods. You consistently measure and evaluate outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.

Essential Experience:

• GDS experience
• government experience

Details:-

• £600- £650 per day
• 3 months - with a strong chance of extension
• Inside of IR35
• 1 day per week in their Cardiff office
