Position: Director of Income & Engagement
Salary: £65,000-70,000 per annum.
Permanent, full-time with hybrid working 2 days per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a charity that has experienced transformation growth over the last 5 years having registered with the Care Quality Commission and moved into a purpose-built Headquarters on the outskirts of Lincoln.
This is a newly defined directorate spanning fundraising, income generation, marketing and communications. We have the objective of growing income to £11m.

We are one of the UK's leading Helicopter Emergency Medical Service charities. If somebody is involved in a serious incident or suddenly take ill, speed and time are of the essence. Received no direct government funding, we are only able to deliver this life-saving service with the support of the local communities we serve.
We are looking for a strong, senior leader with a record of outstanding fundraising performance. You will bring energy, passion for our cause and a dynamic approach to contribute to wider leadership of the Charity.
