ED&I Manager - Leading Membership Body - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an ED&I Specialist to join one of the UK's leading Membership bodies.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and for championing the organisation's commitment to celebrate diversity, challenging inequality, and building an inclusive environment for all. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced ED&I Specialist with a track record of developing and implementing innovative Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives ideally for a membership body or health organisation. Strong project management skills need to be combined with excellent stakeholder management skills.
