Employee Relations Manager - Leading Housing Association - London with hybrid working

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations Manager to join one of the United Kingdom's leading Housing Associations.

Reporting into a Head of People you will be responsible for for providing complex technical ER advice and guidance on a wide variety of employment related issues. Your key accontabilities will include:-

  • Being the first point of contact for the People Advisors to provide advice, guidance, and support in relation to ER Cases
  • Coaching and supporting internal stakeholders to enable them with to deal with employee relations queries
  • Providing expert specialist knowledge on complex ER cases including and not limited to ACAS, Employment Tribunals and TUPE
  • Assisting with the review of policies and processes
  • Working in collaboration with the Learning & Development colleagues on value‐added training programs in areas related to ER Management

You should be an experienced Employee Relations Specialist with a track record of providing advice and guidance to managers on complex employee relations issues ideally in a unionised environment. An ability to handle difficult conversations, navigate complexities and disagreements needs to be combined with experience of identifying trends and analysing data. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
