Reporting into a Head of People you will be responsible for for providing complex technical ER advice and guidance on a wide variety of employment related issues. Your key accontabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced Employee Relations Specialist with a track record of providing advice and guidance to managers on complex employee relations issues ideally in a unionised environment. An ability to handle difficult conversations, navigate complexities and disagreements needs to be combined with experience of identifying trends and analysing data. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
