Morgan Hunt is looking for a permanent Empty Homes and Lettings Coordinator for our client in South London. This is a hybrid role with the office based in Croydon.
Job Title- Empty Homes and Lettings Coordinator
Location- Croydon (2 days working from home)
Salary- £25,250 per year
Contract- Permanent
Responsibilities for Empty Homes and Lettings Coordinator
- Take ownership for the empty homes process and work to ensure that homes are let quickly and that customers are satisfied with our service.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Understand the importance of credible, up to date customer and property data and prioritise improving the quality of our data to enable customer services.
- Work in conjunction with the Risk Management framework, encompassing Health and Safety, Data Protection and demonstrate effective controls and compliance with all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements relating to the management of the business
Ideal candidate for Empty Homes and Lettings Coordinator
- Strong, extensive, and proven background in similar customer service roles
- Strong experience of following processes and using initiative
- Great at managing expectations
- Work with customer complaints in a professional manner
- Team player, working together on team objectives
- Ideally some experience within housing management and lettings
