Job description

Morgan Hunt is recruiting for an exceptional Facilities Manager with NEBOSH to take over the Estate Management for a leading Further Education College in the Greater Manchester area. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys delivering the best possible standards and customer service to all stakeholders. The successful candidate will take the lead on Estates Management and Health and Safety issues.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has managed a wide variety of facilities, as the college offers students a wide range of vocational and academic opportunities. There are also some commercial outlets and satellite sites covered by the in house Soft FM team, experience preferably you have managed at least 20-30 direct reports. Hard FM is serviced by local contractors, so experience managing Hard and Soft FM is vital. Previous experience working in the Education Sector in a Facilities or Estates Management role would be advantageous and an Enhanced DBS check is required.

On offer is a salary of between £38,000 - £42,000 with a very generous benefits package including an outstanding Local Government Pension Scheme, 37 days holiday Bank Holidays and 2 week shut down at Christmas. Working hours are 37 per week, with flexi-time offered.
