12 Month FTC

London, Waterloo with some hybrid working

£36,000 - £43,000 per annum

Morgan Hunt are working with a well-established Housing Association who are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join their team on a full time, fixed-term basis. The duration of the contract is 12 month's

Responsibilities:

Some of your duties and responsibilities as a Finance Analyst will include:

• Confidently and accurately analyse financial records including government grants, capitalised calculations, property sales and disposal accounting and positing of inter company transactions
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation
• Sound accounting knowledge and ability to apply knowledge to practical business situations
• Guide on potential investment opportunities
• Hold strong knowledge within the industry and market trends to enable continued growth

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently, exercising good initiative and judgement
• Effectively manage your own time and workload
• Work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills
• This post will be hybrid working mainly remote but must be open to travel to London office 1-2 days per week
• Part qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or degree level qualification
