Morgan Hunt require an Fire Safety Programme Personal Assistant for NHS based in East London

Pay Rate: £15ph to £16ph Ltd

Hours 37.5 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri

Location: East London

Duration: 12 months on going contract

Job Summary

  • Working as part of the trust Fire Safety programme team a key focus of the post will be to provide administrative support to the programme.
  • The post holder will:
    • Build and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, ranging from administrative staff to senior management.
    • Be a liaison between the external programme team and the site management team.
    • Provide secretarial support for meetings. This includes the production and distribution of agendas, minutes, paperwork, organising meetings and booking meeting resources.
    • Produce reports and requirement documentation to capture specific and detailed information for a programme or project to aid informative decision making.
    • Work alongside the programme teams on planning and executing tasks or key milestones of the project.
    • Maintain effective electronic filing systems for the project work.
    • Work at pace to deliver highly complex programme or project tasks.

  • Necessary Skills/experience:
    • Administration experience
    • Managing electronic diaries
    • Action & minute taking for meetings (essential)
    • Advanced knowledge of ICT systems in particular Microsoft Office software packages
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to persuade, motivate and influence others
    • Able to work on a variety of tasks within deadlines at any one time with minimum of supervision

Experience working on a project or programme (desirable)
