Head of Organisational Development, 6 month FTC - Leading Housing Association - London with hybrid working
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Organisational Development to join one of the UK's leading Housing Associations.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of People & OD you will be responsible for leading the Learning * OD function and for managing Culture & Engagement interventions. Your key acccountabilities will include:-
- Managing and developing the Organisational Development team
- Supporting the Executive Team with the development and implementation of organisational and cultural change
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of continuous learning and development
- Leading the development of the talent management strategy
- Driving the ongoing implementation of the digital learning strategy
- Developing and influencing relationships with key external stakeholders and partners
- Working in partnership with the broader People team
You should be an experienced Head of Organisational Development with a track record of working in a complex, customer focused environment. Experience of leading and motivating a high performing L&OD team needs to be combined with strong project management skills and an analytical mindset. Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills are essential.
