Head of Organisational Development & Equalities - Higher Education - London with hybrid working
Reporting into the Director of People and Organisational Development you will be responsible for leading on learning and organisational development, equality, diversity, and inclusion and staff wellbeing across the organisation.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR professional with a track record of developing, delivering and evaluating learning and organisational development interventions. Experience of integrating EDI initiatives into an organisation's values and behaviours is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills need to be combined with a results focus.
