Personal Assistant to Headmaster's (Maternity Cover)

9 Month Maternity Contract Starting November

North London - St Johns Wood

£19.00 -£21.98 per hour Holiday pay

Monday - Friday on site

Morgan Hunt are working with a traditional preparatory school in London who are seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a 9 month maternity contract. You will be supporting the Headmaster with various administrative details as well as senior management team.

Main Duties:

As a Personal Assistant to Headmaster's you will be responsible for the below:

  • Diary management, mailbox management, travel arrangement and booking meetings.
  • Proofreading documents before meetings, taking minutes and updating relevant members of further actions.
  • Creating newsletters for parents, liaising with parents regarding pupils progressions, organising and coordinating events as well as forums.
  • Supporting different departments such as the bursar and admin team with various administrations function and ensuring the database is updated.


As a Personal Assistant to Headmaster you must have the below:

  • Must have extensive Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience.
  • Proven experience of working in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior management.
  • Ability to be proactive in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
