Lettings Administrator - Specialist Supported Housing (SSH) Team
Morgan Hunt Social Housing are recruiting for a customer-focused Lettings Administrator to be part of a Specialists Supported Housing (SSH) team, based in Eccles, Manchester.
Reporting directly to the Senior Housing Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality housing and lettings administrative services to our tenants, support providers and the housing operations team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consistently manage the administrative processes with lettings, application referral, and void monitoring process across the region Manchester area.
- Ensure that the Housing Department's administrative processes for allocations, SSH data collection systems and general housing management documentation is up-to-date and completely compliant with both Housing and General Data Protection Regulation.
- Supporting the Senior Housing Officer in managing specialists supported (SSH) housing data collection
- Provide general housing administrative functions for the housing operational team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience to join a caring and progressive organisation and develop experience within Social Housing. Ideally you will have similar experience and skills in Social Housing or the Property industry and be looking to work your way up.
