HR Administration Manager, 6 month FTC - Leading International Charity - Remote working

This is an exciting opportunity for HR Administration Manager to join a leading charity.

You will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight and management of the transactional HR activity across a range of reward related activity in the UK and internationally. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Leading a team to deliver key transactional HR activities across Employee Benefits and International Payroll
  • Ensuring that HR processes are performed to a high standard and consistently checked for their relevance and standards
  • Working with colleagues and external providers to develop and oversee delivery of solutions to complex non-standard employee issues
  • Managing a programme of international benefits such as global medical benefits schemes, staff insurance arrangements
  • Using data and metrics to monitor process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Working with the Senior Reward Business Partner and other stakeholders to review the team portfolio, activities and structure

You should have experience of delivering and improving HR administration processes, ideally this will include experience of international reward. Experience of managing a team needs to be combined with strong problem solving and communication skills.
