Dagenham - 5 Days a week in the office

Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding college that is looking for a multiskilled administrator to join their team as a HR Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract. You will be supporting the HR team with various HR duties such as payroll, talent management and resourcing administration.

Main Duties:

As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for the below:

  • Advertising roles, liaising with managers, shortlisting candidates and partaking in the interview process.
  • Updating and filing relevant documents.
  • Assisting with payroll and providing monthly financial reports.
  • Organising meetings e.g probation, drafting letters, taking minutes and following up with relevant members.


As a HR Administrator you must have the below:

  • Proven experience of working in an Administration role.
  • Experience of working in HR Administrator role
  • Confident in Strong IT ability e.g Microsoft.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
