HR Advisor - Leading Housing Association - London - c£33,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join an established Housing Association.

Reporting into the HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing advice and support on day to day HR processes. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing HR advice and support to managers across the full range of employee relations matters including grievance, disciplinary, restructuring and redundancy matters.
  • Supporting managers in all aspects of the recruitment process from writing job descriptions, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Providing statistical information for reports such as employee turnover, sickness absence monitoring and training and development.
  • Managing the monthly HR payroll submissions using the HR Management Information System.
  • Supervising the HR Coordinator in day to day HR activities.
  • Managing the corporate employee induction process.

You should have a broad HR Generalist skill set ideally gained in the Housing or Not for Profit sectors. Your strengths should include managing employee relations issues, supporting organisational change and managing payroll. Excellent communication skills and experience of using an HRIS system is essential.
