HR Business Partner, 12 month FTC - Leading UK Charity - Flexible hybrid working

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join one of the UK's most respected charities.

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting Directors and Senior Leaders across Advocacy, Communications and Strategy/Performance directorates. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Providing proactive and strategically focused HR solutions and leading on the change agenda
  • Working with leadership teams to co-develop and implement people plans that align with the organisational strategy
  • Driving engagement and improve capability, performance, talent, and leadership
  • Using reporting analysis and trend data to develop HR interventions and solutions that drive continuous improvement and achievement of the people priorities
  • Coaching and advising leaders to effectively own and lead change within their business areas influencing and driving cultural change
  • Working with the Head of Organisational Design to support change programmes
  • Working closely with the People Services team to ensure that complex employee relations issues are managed effectively
  • Liaising with the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence to build organisational capability

You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of partnering complex, changing and growing business areas. A proven ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders needs to be combined with an excellent knowledge of employment law, recruitment best practice and experience of learning and development. An ability to work autonomously is essential.
