This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join one of the UK's most respected charities.
Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting Directors and Senior Leaders across Advocacy, Communications and Strategy/Performance directorates. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of partnering complex, changing and growing business areas. A proven ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders needs to be combined with an excellent knowledge of employment law, recruitment best practice and experience of learning and development. An ability to work autonomously is essential.
