HR Business Partner, 12 month FTC - Housing Organisation - Peterborough/Home based
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a one of East of England's leading providers of affordable homes.
You will work collaboratively with the Executive Director of Organisational Effectiveness & HR to deliver the strategic HR agenda. Your key accountabilities will include:-
Developing succession plans across the business, ensuring appropriate initiatives are developed and implemented
Partnering with internal customers to deliver effective recruitment practices for Senior Management or high-profile roles
Managing complex employee relations issues
Collating and developing bespoke departmental training needs analysis
Developing current and future HR policy requirements
Interpreting and analysing monthly HR management data
Project managing strategic HR projects as directed by the Executive Director of OE & HR
You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of supporting a broad range of customer groups. A good understanding of employment law needs to be combined with experience of developing and improving HR policies. Strong stakeholder management and project management skills are essential.
