HR Business Partner - Housing Association - Hertfordshire with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an award winning People team.

You will support the Assistant Director of People and Wellbeing with implementation of the HR operational and strategic objectives. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Creating operational efficiencies across the HR function and drive continuous improvement within the HR function
  • Ensuring first class HR support through the effective management of the HR Advisor and HR Administrator
  • Supporting and advising the HR Advisor on employee relations issues
  • Running workshops to enhance management capability
  • Creating, monitoring and sharing key HR KPIs to identify any trends
  • Leading on talent and succession planning initiatives
  • Developing our recruitment processes and practices to ensure they are flexible
  • Enhancing their employer reputation and helping them to achieve their objective of being 'Organisation of Choice'
  • Working on a range of HR Projects

You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of managing complex employee relations and of managing a small team. Experience of managing recruitment campaigns and working on talent management initiatives needs to be combined with a coaching mindset. Excellent relationship building skills are essential. You will be CIPD qualified.
