HR Business Partner - Leading Membership Body - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join an established and respected Membership Body.

Reporting in to the Head of Human Resources you will be responsible for providing a high level of HR advice and support across the full range of HR matters.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Working closely with line managers to develop and implement innovative people solutions

• Advising on HR best practice and updating the staff handbook

• Developing strong working relationships with managers to help develop line management capability

• Working with line managers and the HR team to manage all recruitment campaigns, including managing third party supplier relationships

• Advising line managers and staff, both formally and informally on employment issues

• Providing recommendations or advice on external training courses or work with line managers to devise bespoke training programme

• Overseeing the monthly payroll process , carried out by the HR and Payroll Co-ordinators

• Developing and implementing their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion action plans

You should be an experienced HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with a track record of developing and implementing innovative people solutions ideally in a membership/regulatory environment. A strong knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with experience of managing recruitment campaigns. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
