HR Manager - Membership Organisation - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join one of London's leading membership bodies.

Reporting in to the CEO you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives and for running day-to-day HR operational activities. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Managing and improving end to end recruitment processes including inductions
  • Manage all employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and restructures
  • Reviewing and improving performance and talent management strategies
  • Devising training and development initiatives
  • Ensuring the HR system (CIPHR) is up-to-date and implementing improvements
  • Managing the annual salary review process and employee benefits
  • Building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders

You should an experienced HR Manager with a strong HR Generalist skill set including an excellent knowledge of employment law, experience of improving and managing recruitment ant talent management processes. Good stakeholder management skills are essential. You need to be happy to work in a standalone role.
