Reporting into the Head of People you will be responsible for providing first line advice to managers and employees. Your key accountabilities will be:-
You should be an HR Generalist with a track record of providing first line advice and guidance to managers and employees. A good knowledge of employment law need to be combined with excellent communication skills. You need to be solutions focused and have an ability to improve processes and ways of working. A willingness to visit different sites around London is essential.
